About Ken
Ken's love for photography started in college when he took a photography class because he needed art credits to fill out his class schedule. It soon became his favorite class and he was convincing members of the baseball team and his fraternity to be his models. His teacher was impressed and suggested he take more classes. But his life went in a different direction as he went on to play professional baseball for nine years.
He spent a lot of time on the road seeing a lot of small towns and meeting great people. His photography became a hobby and was placed on a back burner until his baseball career was coming to an end. Not sure what direction his life would lead him, Ken started taking acting classes and found his creative side again.
He started working in film and television projects always paying close attention to what the director of photography and lighting grips were creating. His passion for creating images was then reignited and he started taking photos again. He combined his acting and photography as he started doing headshots for other actors.
Over the past ten years Ken has been able to help actors create images that allow them to get an edge on others in the industry. An actor himself, he cares about the acting process, and works with clients to create that image which will sell and take the client to a higher level. Send Ken an email or come in to the studio to see what Ken's philosophy on photography and acting are all about. |
